• Other International Destinations: 10-20 business days

4. Will all my items arrive together?

Not necessarily! Some items like note books and candles may ship separately. If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in different packages, but rest assured, all items will reach you as quickly as possible.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges OF OPENED for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right!

6. What if I don’t like a fragrance I ordered?

We understand that fragrance is a personal preference. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products due to hygiene reasons. To help you find the perfect scent, we recommend purchasing our sample set, allowing you to try different fragrances before committing to a full-size product.

7. My body butter arrived melted. What should I do?

During the warmer months, body butters may arrive melted due to high temperatures. Simply place your body butter in the refrigerator or a cool area, and it will re-solidify. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product!

8. Are you affiliated with any of the brands your fragrances are inspired by?

No, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the designer brands that our fragrances are inspired by. Our fragrances are simply our unique interpretations of popular scents.

9. What ingredients are used in your products?

We use high-quality, skin-loving ingredients such as shea butter, coconut oil, essential oils, and fragrance oils. Each product listing includes a full ingredients list for transparency.

10. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and have a shelf life of 1 year after purchase. To extend the longevity of your body butters, oils, and soaps, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

11. Do your products contain preservatives?

Yes, for any products that are used in water, such as body scrubs, we include preservatives to prevent bacteria, mold, and yeast growth. This ensures your products remain safe and effective for their full shelf life.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping to various countries. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their country.

12. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

When Will My Enchanted Packagel Arrive?

Once you place your royal order,processing takes 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). After your order leaves the kingdom, delivery times will vary depending on how far your realm is from ours.

Our kingdom rewards noble patrons with FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $75 (after any discounts are applied).

For orders under $75, shipping rates are as follows:

• Within the Kingdom (U.S. & Puerto Rico): $6.99
• To the Distant Land of Canada: A flat rate of $16.99 (for packages under 3 lbs, varies for heavier shipments).
• To Faraway Kingdoms Worldwide: A flat rate of $24.99 (for packages under 3 lbs, varies for heavier shipments).

Tracking spells are available for the following lands: U.S., Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Russia, UAE, and UK. Unfortunately, we cannot track parcels in other international territories at this time.

Simply place your potion in a cool chamber or the royal icebox (refrigerator), and it shall return to its original, velvety state. This transformation does not diminish the magic or quality of your treasure—it remains as nourishing as ever!

Duties & Taxes for Faraway Kingdoms

For those ordering from distant lands beyond the U.S., please be aware that import duties, taxes, and mystical fees are not included in the listed price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your kingdom’s customs office and must be paid upon arrival. We, the humble castle couriers, only collect the transportation fee and cannot predict these additional charges. To uncover these hidden costs, please consult with your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
