1. What shipping carriers do you use?

We proudly ship all orders through USPS to ensure timely and reliable delivery.



2. When will my order ship?

Processing takes 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary depending on your location.



3. How long does shipping take?

  • Within the U.S. (Contiguous States): 4-8 business days
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: 7-12 business days
  • Canada, UK, Australia: 6-8 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10-20 business days


4. Will all my items arrive together?

Not necessarily! Some items like note books and candles may ship separately. If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in different packages, but rest assured, all items will reach you as quickly as possible.



5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges OF OPENED for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right!



6. What if I don’t like a fragrance I ordered?

We understand that fragrance is a personal preference. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products due to hygiene reasons. To help you find the perfect scent, we recommend purchasing our sample set, allowing you to try different fragrances before committing to a full-size product.



7. My body butter arrived melted. What should I do?

During the warmer months, body butters may arrive melted due to high temperatures. Simply place your body butter in the refrigerator or a cool area, and it will re-solidify. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product!



8. Are you affiliated with any of the brands your fragrances are inspired by?

No, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the designer brands that our fragrances are inspired by. Our fragrances are simply our unique interpretations of popular scents.



9. What ingredients are used in your products?

We use high-quality, skin-loving ingredients such as shea butter, coconut oil, essential oils, and fragrance oils. Each product listing includes a full ingredients list for transparency.



10. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and have a shelf life of 1 year after purchase. To extend the longevity of your body butters, oils, and soaps, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.



11. Do your products contain preservatives?

Yes, for any products that are used in water, such as body scrubs, we include preservatives to prevent bacteria, mold, and yeast growth. This ensures your products remain safe and effective for their full shelf life.



10. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping to various countries. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their country.



11. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.



12. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
