SECTION 3 - CANCELLATIONS Due to Shopify's new Terms and Conditions, starting March 1st, 2020, all orders requesting to be cancelled before a shipping label has been generated will be subject to a 5% transaction fee of the total price of the order. Any orders requesting to be cancelled after a shipping label has been generated cannot be cancelled.
